The wand story it seems like you were trying to get Walt to remember on the Cosmic Reality show is from when he met with the guy that does scrying with mirrors that he paints with shungite. I think his name is Kevin and he does different medieval type festivals.
From what I recall of the story he and Walt met up at a coffee shop and during that meeting Walt gifted him a staff or wand that had just happened to be in the trunk of his vehicle at the time. The story was told at least once on a prior Shungite show that had Kevin on as a guest.

Okay I kept searching around and it was Kevin Smith and he does Renaissance faires. He tells the story at the beginning of the 2nd hour of the shungite show looks like it was dated August 4, 2020
